Okay, we didn’t exactly win the Heisman Trophy but thanks to your support, Shadelab, a project we created for the fantastic folks at Landon Bone Baker Architects (here) and their community partners has won a Project Prize from the Metro Chicago Information Center. This prize is a service grant in which MCIC (here) will put their tremendous experience making sense of vast amounts of civic data to help the Shadelab team better analyze the reams of neighborhood data that they gathered this summer.
We couldn’t be more pleased with this prize as it will help this fantastic project grow and make the tremendous work of our teen interns truly shine.
